MY BOUQUET OF SERVICES TO YOU

Our thoughts, emotions and actions are often a reflection of our values and perceptions of ourselves and others. I provide a loving presence so you may find a safe space to explore these layers, in order to help you unpack and decompress them. Reawakening the neglected parts of ourselves allows us to access our higher selves.

My client-centered approach invites you to be seen and heard in an authentic manner, in order to build and hone your relationship with yourself to create connection and compassion within.

My non-judgemental, unconditional acceptance of circumstances, truths, and realities leads the way to transformation of self.

Our life stories are like hooks; the claws that keep us tied to our beliefs. These beliefs often stem from our past, but may no longer serve us, and they become stories we tell ourselves as truths. I am here to listen to these stories, and to hold space for them as they unravel. This makes it possible to honour your past while being mindful of your present.

You deserve to be free, to be yourself, to be worthy and enough. I invite you to remove the masks we wear which prevent us from rejoicing in our divine selves. Life’s busyness can easily distract us from our truest self. We forget how to simply be. When we allow ourselves to travel inward and be still, magic happens. Emotions we try so hard to suppress, begin to stir.

I will help you acknowledge the fire within, rather than smothering or extinguishing it. I will walk this journey with you as you declare the suppressed energy within, name it, feel it, and then show you how to lean into yourself when you are most in need.

Imagine a session with the calming, soothing and healing sound of a live harp to bring stillness to mind and mindfulness to breath

Instead of reaching for old familiar masks that may be comfortably familiar in order to avoid pain, you can declare your darkness and embrace all parts of yourself. You will learn how to be comfortable in your discomfort, to be okay with not having all the answers. When you are still you become open to receive. Together, let’s discover your authentic self. The answers to your questions already lie within. In our search for that liminal space between brokenness and healing, we can make time to reflect and respond to the fluidity of our lives so we may foster the interdependence and stewardship that is necessary for us all to emerge and serve.
