Circle of Connection

This is your invitation to learn and practice the art of holding space for yourself and others with no agenda except to support the inner journey of the soul and to encourage positive change..

Join us for a weekly, in-person circle to do our inner work
Are you tired of feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Are you seeking a safe and supportive space to explore your inner world? Our weekly, in-person circle is designed to help you embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

Co-create a caring community of friends prioritizing safety, deep listening, respect, trust, and unconditional positive regard.

Embrace the sacred time of deep meaning
Within our circle, we will allot time for reflection, introspection, and growth. This is not simply a gathering; it is an opportunity to delve into the depths of our own beings and make meaningful connections with others. By honouring this sacred time, we invite the wisdom and guidance of our inner knowing to guide us on our path to wholeness.

Navigate healthy relationships with self and others
One of the key focuses of our circle is to develop healthy connections, with ourselves and others. Through introspective exercises, guided discussions, and supportive interactions, and psychotherapeutic modalities such as ACT, IFS, CBT MBCT and Narrative therapies, we will explore the patterns and dynamics that govern our relationships. Together, we will learn the skills to navigate these relationships and connection with intention, compassion, and authenticity, drawing us closer to a state of wholeness.

Join us and embark on a transformative journey
If you are ready to embark on a transformative journey of self-exploration, self-acceptance, and personal growth, we invite you to join our weekly, in-person circle.

At the heart of holding space is a willingness to sit with ambiguity, loss, struggle, darkness, uncertainty, joy, anger, fear, anticipation — all of the complexity of what it means to be human. It’s about having the courage to peer into shadows, while not getting in the way of the light.

It’s about letting go of dualism and sitting in the place in between.
