A.I.M.E.

A Reflective Workshop for Attuned, Intentional & Mindful Educators

The start of the school year is filled with energy, ideas, and anticipation.
AIM is a 7-hour, in-person workshop designed to help educators harness that energy and turn it into lasting purpose and clarity for the year(s) ahead.

This is a proactive, uplifting space for reflection, intention-setting, and inner alignment. This workshop is about leading from within, staying connected to personal values, and teaching with intention.

What Makes A.I.M.E. Different?

  • Led by a Registered Psychotherapist who gently holds space for trauma, supports nervous system regulation, and works with anxiety, with additional training in positive psychology and the practice of holding space.

  • Rooted in compassionate self-inquiry, meaningful conversation, and guided reflection

  • Inspired by transformative gathering practices that cultivates inner leadership

  • Features live, intuitive harp music to support stillness and creative thinking during the reflective segments

What the Workshop Offers:

  • A gently guided 7-hour experience for up to 20 educators, including certified teachers, private education professionals, and homeschool parents, all coming together in a shared space of reflection and possibility.

Opportunities for journaling and meaningful group dialogue to explore your sense of professional purpose and the deeper “why” that guides your work with learners.

A calm, welcoming atmosphere where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with a sense of clarity, presence, and intention.

A thoughtfully curated set of grounding and intention-setting practices to support focus, resilience, and a more aligned way of showing up over time

“This isn’t about doing more… it’s about becoming more intentional with what already matters.”
