A.I.M.E.
A Reflective Workshop for Attuned, Intentional & Mindful Educators
The start of the school year is filled with energy, ideas, and anticipation.
AIM is a 7-hour, in-person workshop designed to help educators harness that energy and turn it into lasting purpose and clarity for the year(s) ahead.
This is a proactive, uplifting space for reflection, intention-setting, and inner alignment. This workshop is about leading from within, staying connected to personal values, and teaching with intention.
What Makes A.I.M.E. Different?
Led by a Registered Psychotherapist who gently holds space for trauma, supports nervous system regulation, and works with anxiety, with additional training in positive psychology and the practice of holding space.

Inspired by transformative gathering practices that cultivates inner leadership
Features live, intuitive harp music to support stillness and creative thinking during the reflective segments
